An Intense Adult Work-out!
Boot Camp
is the ultimate conditioning class! We utilize several of the
same gadgets and training protocols for our athletes, but with very
little recovery between exercises. It maximizes the most amount of work
in the shortest amount of time. You are constantly digging for more
energy, while being asked to operate outside of your "comfort zone".
People hate it while they are doing it, but love it when they are done!
Several people have been doing
Boot Camp
for almost three years, and are
addicted to it's physical, and mental, benefits.
Don't think you have to be an athlete either! All that is asked of you
is to give 100% effort to the best of your ability. Who knows...after a
few sessions, you may be a better athlete than you thought you were!
An Intermediate Boot Camp
class is offered on Tuesday
and Thursday evenings at 6:30 p.m.
An Advanced Boot Camp
class is offered on Monday and
Wednesday evenings at 6:30 p.m. and Saturdays at 10:00 a.m.
