ASF offers small group training [2 to 5] throughout our normal operating hours. One on one training is slowly dying within the industry. You will get just as much attention, just as many results, just as much ass-kicking as private training at a fraction of the price. Please contact Tony for more information

"In 2008 I turned 50 and was motivated to reacquaint myself with the
shot put, discus and javelin after almost 30 years of not competing. In
preparation for the Ohio Senior Olympics I came to ASF in June. Over the
decades I had performed the typical gym routine: off and on, pounding
out the multiple sets / reps with free weights. This is what I knew
about training; that all changed with ASF. ASF is about /performance
training and conditioning/.
The trainers studied the science of my
throws, integrating the biomechanical and neuromuscular actions
associated with the throwing events. Performance training at ASF still
involves utilizing free weights, but kettlebells, bands, plyometrics,
fire hoses, tires and medicine balls are also used. My favorites are the
bus driver, glute ham raise and flipping tires. When the weather won't
allow me to practice outside, I even can practice with my indoor shot put."
