All trainers are CSCS certified (Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialists) from the National Strength and Conditioning Association. The CSCS credential is recognized as the leading strength and conditioning certification in the world.
Tony Poggiali:
- Bachelor's Degree, Miami University
- Lakota High School Graduate
- Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength & Conditioning Association, since 1992
- Certified Nike SPARQ trainer
- Competed in 17 bodybuilding competitions
- Trained professional athletes from the NFL, MLB and USA Gymnastics; currently work with several local martial artists, including the UFC
- Twenty two years of training experience; the last eight years have been exclusively with young athletes
