Tony
Poggiali graduated from Miami University with a Bachelor’s degree in
Health and Sports Studies. During his tenure at Miami, he was
introduced to bodybuilding, winning his first of several titles. He
received the Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist
distinction in 1993. Since that time, Tony has trained thousands of
clients, ranging from professional athletes to 90 year old Senior
Olympians. Tony has built a reputation as one of the most
knowledgeable and sought after trainers in Greater Cincinnati. |

Andy
Gaspar also graduated from Miami University with a Bachelor’s degree
in Health and Sports Studies. He received the CSCS credential in
2003. Since then, he has worked with athletes in the H.O.T.,
Tekulve Acceleration and QFS programs. He is currently a Lakota
West football coach and resides in Hamilton. Andy is recognized by
his peers as one of the premier strength coaches in the Midwest. |

Gene
Toms is a graduate of Princeton High School and attended the
University of Cincinnati where he studied exercise science and
played on the men’s club volleyball team throughout his career.
During the last few years, he has worked at Tekulve Acceleration and
Children’s Hospital and recently received his Certified Strength and
Conditioning Specialist certification (CSCS) through the National Strength
and Conditioning Association. Gene has become an area leader on
speed, agility and jump training. |

Leanne
Gooch has the distinction of two degrees from Westminster College in
Pennsylvania. She serves as the sole female to keep the boys in
check! Leanne has been awarded the CSCS distinction as well as the
ACE personal trainer certification. She has completed two Ironman
triathlons to her credit and continues to train for several road and
bike races each and every year. Leanne will play an integral role in
our youth development programs and classes, as well as coordinate
various challenging adult protocols. |

Joe
Lochard attended Sue Bennett College where he played soccer and
studied athletic training and sports marketing. He was captain of
Sue Bennett’s 1994 National Small Collage Athletic Association
Soccer National Champions, as well as 1st team All
American. Since then he has competed in bodybuilding and worked in
the financial district while being involved in the community
coaching various sports in the Lakota Sports Organizations and also
at the select level. Currently he attends Xavier University and
resides in Liberty Township with his wife Erin and their 4 children. |

Nigel
graduated from The Ohio State University with a Bachelor’s and
Master’s Degree in Sport and Exercise Science. While at Ohio State,
Nigel worked with the strength and conditioning programs for the
football team and the Olympic sports program. Nigel has also worked
with the Colorado Rockies and Milwaukee Brewers Baseball Clubs as a
minor league strength and conditioning coach – most recently with
the AAA team of the Brewers in Nashville, Tennessee. He enjoys
training, watching baseball and college football, and playing the
guitar when he has the time. Nigel is also a proud new father. |
